The event takes place in these two cities of Grand-Kivu to promote culture and showcase young designers.

The first part of the “Liputa fashion show” took place on 20 March in Goma. The evening was an occasion to present designs of stylists from DRC and the Great Lakes region. The goal? Valuing the culture of Grand – Kivu. It is also under this theme that the “Liputa fashion show” evening of 2019 was placed. It also offers an opportunity for the expression of the different components of fashion: props masters, make-up artists, mannequins, etc.

The “Liputa fashion show” is in its 5th Edition this year. This event is planned in March to celebrate the woman and her potential. It also promotes the symbols of African culture such as the loincloth.

The second part of the “Lupita fashion show” will take place on March 30th in Bukavu, still in Kivu. David Gulu is the initiator of this project.
